Wines made from very old vines, 70 years old. This vintage offers a lovely freshness on the nose and remains full-bodied on the palate. Delicate and subtly oaked, with mineral notes and a hint of vanilla, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, scallops in cream sauce, or roasted poultry. Recommended serving temperature: 13°C. Will age well for ten years under proper conditions.
