Burgundy Côte d'Or white "Les Equinces" 2023

A lively, refreshing aroma that is both mineral and fruity. On the palate, it is round with delicate notes of white flowers. Recommended with shellfish and cold cuts, mushroom risotto, and poultry in cream sauce. Best served at 13°C while young. Can be cellared up to five years or more under proper conditions.
