This wine made from 42-year-old vines is refined and already enjoyable to drink. It offers plenty of mineral freshness on the palate with a smooth finish for this vintage, produced in limited quantities. Beautifully balanced. It pairs well with shellfish, poultry in sauce, and porcini mushroom risotto. Best served at 13°C while young. It will age well for five to seven years under proper conditions.
