Burgundy Côte d'Or white "Les Equinces" 2019

This wine is still holding back, but shows a touch of toast on the nose. Soft with a pleasing roundness on the palate, well-balanced, finishing with light notes of vanilla and discrete oak. As with its elders it seduces immediately with its freshness. Recommended serving temperature 55°F while young. Can be cellared up to five years or more in good conditions.
